Success in the USA by 6SGS® is a registered trademark/service mark owned by 6SGS Consultants LLC.
The websites, original methodologies, frameworks, educational materials, training materials, written content, digital products, questionnaires, assessments, proprietary processes, templates, guides, presentations, videos, graphics, databases, assessment structures, reports, software interfaces, prompts, workflows, branding, and other original proprietary content developed or made available by 6SGS Consultants LLC are owned by or licensed to 6SGS Consultants LLC, as applicable.
These materials may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contractual, and other intellectual-property laws.
Government information, laws, regulations, public records, public-domain materials, general facts, and third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners or are subject to their applicable legal status.
Limited Permission to Use
Access to a free or paid 6SGS website, tool, assessment, course, consultation, guide, template, training program, or resource grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable material for its authorized personal or internal business purpose.

Without prior written authorization from 6SGS Consultants LLC, users may not systematically use proprietary 6SGS materials, methodologies, tools, assessments, frameworks, educational materials, or protected content to develop, train, fine-tune, populate, reproduce, or create:
· artificial-intelligence systems;
· machine-learning datasets;
· competing software;
· competing consulting methodologies;
· competing assessments;
· educational programs;
· certification programs;
· courses;
· databases;
· digital products; or
· other commercial services substantially derived from protected 6SGS materials.
Nothing contained on a 6SGS website grants any license to use the Success in the USA by 6SGS® mark, 6SGS Consultants name, logos, proprietary methodologies, or other protected intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may subject the responsible party to remedies available under applicable law.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for:
· providing accurate information;
· reviewing information before acting upon it;
· independently verifying government requirements;
· obtaining appropriate professional advice when necessary;
· complying with applicable laws and regulations; and
